    If you are charged more than once or an incorrect amount is deducted, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

  • Cancellation Before Project Start
    If you cancel the service before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund, excluding payment gateway or administrative charges (if any).

  • Service Not Initiated by Us
    If we fail to start the service within the agreed timeline due to internal reasons, you may request a refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • If the project or service has already started

  • If work has been partially or fully completed

  • If the delay or issue is caused by lack of communication, delayed inputs, or changes requested by the client

  • If the client changes their decision after work has begun

  • For third-party costs such as domain names, hosting, plugins, licenses, tools, or paid ads purchased on the client’s behalf

  • If dissatisfaction is based on personal preferences when the agreed scope of work has been delivered

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be considered only at our discretion if:

  • The project is canceled midway, and

  • Minimal work has been completed

The refund amount, if approved, will depend on the stage of the project and resources already used.

  • Registered name or company name

  • Invoice number or payment reference

  • Service purchased

  • Reason for refund request
